The Santa Fe Canyon Preserve is one of the Nature Conservancy protected areas in Santa Fe. Walking trails circumnavigate the reservoir leading to outlooks, through tree covered marsh land, opening up into brush filled fields and up the hillside that borders one side of the water. When I’m walking these trails I am able to find a calm and clear mind, let go of things and just be.
